Question: How come you do not have live web cam on the site?
Answer: Because we have members of all ages including some minors, we removed the web cams for their safety as well as safety of others.
Question: When i first signed up i got to use all the features and now it tells me i dont have access, what happened and why the change in my
account?
Answer: When you first signed up we may have in fact been running a free use introduction during that time, it can range from 1 day to 90 days
free premium access, and anywhere in between depending on the current promotion. So if that should happen and you no longer can access
the features that is quite easy to fix, simple upgrade your account to a premium member status.
Question: Why dont you offer a free trial period for premium?
Answer: From time to time we do indeed offer a free premium trial and you can write us to ask us about that offer, but we also have different
offers at different times.
Question: I used to have an account with you but i cannot sign in anymore, why?
Answer: If you have not signed into your account in more than 90 days (3 months) chances are your account has been removed per Terms Of
Service (TOS). You will need to re-register. If you have signed into your account within 90 days then your account may still be active and you
may just have forgotten your login information. In that case you can request a new password from the special screen that appears after you try
to login, there is a link to forgot password. If you have any other issues or need help please contact us and we will assist you.
Question: How do I resize and upload my photo to my profile and gallery?
Answer: We are currently in the process of creating help videos for the purpose of teaching our members about the functions of the site and
how to do things, please bare with us. If you need immediate assistance please contact us and we will help your through the process.
Question: I dont know how to use the toolbar can you help me understand it?

Question: Where do i get the really cool Clumpgaggle toolbar?

Question: Why am i not getting the Instant Messenger Window when someone invites me to use the Video Messenger?
Answer: Please make sure you have your popup blocker turned off because it will block that window from opening for you.
Question: what youtube code do i use for video upload, the url or the embed code?
Answer: Always use the Embed code when linking to a youtube video on our site, your video will not play otherwize. Once approved by admin
your ready to go.
Question: I uploaded several pics to my gallery, why do i not see all of them.
Answer: Many times if you upload more than a few pics in your gallery you have to click on the pic to go to the next pic, as you run your mouse
over the pic you can see that the mouse pointer will change and that means that you need to click on that pic to see the others.
Question: It wont allow me to edit my profile?
Answer: You cannot edit anything in view mode, that mode allows you to view your profile as others see it, to edit your profile you must click
on my account then choose the edit profile from there.
Question: Why at times are there so many test profiles?
Answer: It has to do with our continued complete testing of the system and its functionality, we regularly create profiles then delete them in
our testing phase, especially when new modules are added. It is our commitment to you that things work as they should, if you find an issue
we are not aware of please contact us.
Question: Why do words like can't and don't in my description section display as don//'t and can//'t ?
Answer: It is because of our scripting language, and it is a security feature as well, we ask that you please instead use them as, do not, dont,
or can not, cant.
Question: How do i find my home page view?
Answer: View your home page by pressing the home link located at the top right corner of your page after your logged in, this will take you to
your home page.
Question: What is the profile view for?
You can use the profile view to view your profile as others see it.
Question: Why do you only process your payments using Paypal.
Answer: Very simply, your security! We do this because as a private merchant we do not need or want to store your payment information and
Paypal offers the security and peace of mind that we wanted to pass along to our members.
Member Only Playlist Contest Rules! NOT CURRENLY RUNNING
**NOTE** this contest is not currently running we will post a message when we bring it back, thanks Admin. The contest is designed to last
aprox 4 weeks depending on member involvement, it may be extended depending on member participation. The contest involves members
submitting a playlist of between 5-10 songs and artists. the playlist can be a link to their current playlist.com account or they may create one
on playlist.com, or you can upload the mp3 songs to your account and then letting us know you would like to enter the contest, we will post a
link to your profile or to your audio page for people to vote at the end of the contest. Other members will vote in a poll how well they like the
playlist. After the contest is over the winner be will determined by member popular vote and the will receive recognition from
Clumpgaggle.com and their playlist with a message from them will be posted on the front page of the site.
