We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, disclosed or not, included in that is our right to refuse service if you do not take this seriously enough to fill out your profile. Would you ever talk to someone who put nothing in their profile?, neither would anyone else! So we feel it is important for everyone that you please fill it out completely please, it helps all of us to get to know everyone. Regardless of your age please show caution and do not include private information such as telephone number, email address, home address, or other such information where others may see it, its just not a good idea. This especially goes for those that are under the age of 18.

You must also be over 16 years of age to use some of our resource features such as live cam feeds offered by another company. Furthermore, all code, information, images and graphics on this site are either protected by copyright or are covered under the CL Trademark Laws. No code, information of any type, image or graphic may be duplicated or copied or used outside of this forum without express written permission from the owner of the picture and/or ClumpGaggle.com.

No member background checks are done on this site, it is your responsibility to exercise caution when meeting or exchanging information.

We have a Zero tolerance for harassment of any kind, your profile will be deleted from our site upon violation, this includes but not limited to porn site links, dishonest behavior, submitting false information ie. Nude/false pictures (other than approved avatar's) or that degrade race, color, or origin, or would be considered foul and distasteful by the majority.

Notice: We monitor email for spammers and scammers from time to time but it is your responsibility to notify us when you feel such exists, we do this as a courtesy not as a responsibility. A better way to express this follows: There is no lifeguard on duty here 24/7 so we ask if you get spammed report it and we will follow up, we do not allow spamming or scamming on my site, period, its really quite simple, you spam or scam and your gone and we will report you to the proper authorities, no further elaboration necessary.

One person may not hold multiple accounts on this site, the only exception to that is if you are a couple and you pay for premium membership on both profiles with same payment method and you share the accounts(example checking each others email and such), if that is the case you are asked to notify us by Email so that we know this is the case.

You agree to log onto your membership at least once every 60 days or your membership may be terminated.

Members agree that all legality concerning images, videos,and audio's uploaded to and residing on this site are the sole legal responsibility of that member to have legal and proper rights for using those items.

ClumpGaggle.com, its owners, operators, consultants, linked sites, our associated sites and any and all involved on the admin side of the website are all held harmless for any and all legal matters regarding our sites in any way, and that each and every member joins at their own free will.

Forwarding your email address to our email address or any other address is a violation of TOS.

Refunds: If and when there are charges for certain features the following will apply, refunds are handled on a case by case basis, what that means is very simply that we have no issue with refunds and to that end we are very consumer friendly but if you ask for a refund after spamming or damaging the reputation of this site in any way then we have issue with that, especially if it costs us time and money to repair the damage caused, and that is where the case by case basis comes into play. Under normal circumstances refunds are prorated meaning we will refund full months only beginning on the first day of the next full month, no half months or less are ever refunded.
